With normal
usage, the water in a hot tub should be completely
changed at least once every 2 months. Water quality
should be tested weekly and when indicated, a small
amount of oxidizing agent (such as chlorine, bromine
or active oxygen) will need to be added. To keep the
usage of such chemicals to a minimum, Trueform Spas
recommend the use of an Ozonator with all Trueform
hot tub models.
Ozone is extremely popular as an alternative
sanitizer for hot tubs and spas. With ozone, water
is treated up to 3000 times faster than with
traditional oxidizing agents. Ozone is also far more
environmentally friendly and can reduce the need to
use chemical sanitizers in your hot tub by up to
90%! All Trueform spas are "Ozonator ready" and can
be easily fitted with an Ozonator before, during or
after installation.
