Safety Tips for using your
Trueform Hot tubs Spa...
Always cover
your hot tub spa with the recommended Trueform
lockable cover when not in use; remember: children must be supervised at all times when in, or
close to, your Trueform hot tub spa.
To reduce the risk of injury or drowning, caused by
body parts, bathing gear or hair being caught, do
not use your hot tub if any internal fittings have
been removed or damaged. Always consult your
Trueform dealer for authorized hot tub parts
including: hot tub pumps, a hot tub filter, a hot
tub ozonator, a hot tub jet as well as any hot tub
wiring or hot tub repairs.
Never allow any electrical appliance near your spa
or hot tub, so as to reduce the risk of electric
shock.
To avoid injury, always exercise caution when
entering and exiting your Trueform spa or hot tub.
If possible use specially adapted hot tub steps.
Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during hot tub
spa use.

Water temperature in your Trueform hot tub spa
should not exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between
100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are generally
considered safe for healthy adults for up to 20
minutes. For young children, lower water
temperatures are recommended. Prolonged immersion in
a spa or hot tub may be hazardous to your health.
Always check the temperature of the water before
entering your spa or hot tub and never use a spa or hot tub immediately after
exercise.
Consult a physician before using a spa or hot tub if
you have, or suspect you have, a medical condition.
Sufferers of: heart disease, diabetes and high or
low blood pressure must consult their physician
before using a hot tub or spa. Pregnant women,
infants and the elderly should also exercise caution
and consult a physician before using a hot tub or
spa.
People with infectious diseases should not use a spa
or hot tub.
Using a hot tub or spa alone is not advisable.
Maintaining proper water chemistry is essential to
avoid possible skin conditions such as hot tub rash.
