From conception to completion, each and every step
in the production of a Trueform Spa and hot tubs is
undertaken at our factory in Helensville, New
Zealand. We feel, that as hot tub manufacturers, we
should exercise complete quality control over our
product and that is why we are happy to provide a
full 5 year warranty on spa shells to all of our
clients.
All Trueform spas are built using the same tried and
trusted process. 8mm sanitary grade acrylic sheet is
vacuum formed and sprayed by hand with a full 10mm
of fibreglass to give the spa its strength. To
insulate a Trueform hot tub, the fibre glass shell
is then hand sprayed with 50mm of foam insulation
before, the hot tub jets, filter and plumbing work
are fitted. The spa shell is then housed in its
cedar cabinet before the hot tub pump and heater
units are added. Every Trueform spa pool is then
fully water tested before it leaves the factory,
making ours one of the best hot tubs that money can
buy.
